Since I can remember, sports have been a big part of my life. From day 1, my passion for sports was apparent. From football, tennis, hockey and running, I have found my 2 big loves in sports: boxing and bodybuilding. As a competitive boxer I have learned what it is to give your all to something and I have learned very early on, that what you put in, is what you get out. Work hard, and you will reap the rewards. This mindset and approach I took with me to bodybuilding, where the rules are the same; what you give is what you get. This mindset, way of life and approach I love to instill in people I work with, so you see for yourself how much you can do with the right mindstet, approach and guidance. Nothing better than helping people reach their goals!

Another thing boxing and bodybuilding has taught me is how recovery and recovery tools can aid your performance. The right amount of rest, the right time to take a step back with training but also the moments where you need tissue work through a massage will all help you to stay healthy and fit, but also to perform at the highest level of your abilities next session. Also for people who are into sports recreatively, massage can make a huge difference. For example, if you have seated work, massages can work wonders. Back pain, neck pain and RSI can all be managed through massage.  Therefore I strongly believe that treatments like a massage should be a standard in your schedule, for any kind of athlete or person. Through massage you can not only treat an injury or strain, but also prevent them.
